President/Creative Director

As President/Creative Director of Conry Design, Rhonda Conry brings over 25 years of award-winning creative experience in the areas of brand building, advertising, print, multimedia and web design. Her expertise in these areas and her strong industry reputation make her a solid leader of client engagements, creative teams and a recognized expert in her field.

Prior to Conry Design, as one of the founders of TMINUS10, she was a strong participant in managing the vision and leadership of the company. In her position as Vice President, Creative Services – a division that encompassed branding, design, content, user experience and marketing, she set the creative tone on client engagements and managed all departmental operations. Prior to joining TMINUS10, Rhonda served as Associate Partner/Associate Creative Director for MarchFIRST (formerly USWeb/CKS). There, she participated in setting the strategic direction and business objectives for the company as well as lead the creative direction on many large-scale web development engagements focusing on digital entertainment. During her tenure, she oversaw and lead a group of 25 designers. She also ran the entire NBC.com account, involving 8-10 producers and an internal bi-coastal, 35 person cross-functional team.

In addition to her extensive internet experience, she previously held positions as Vice President/Art Director at Levine & Company, an Advertising and Design firm for 5 years, and prior to that maintained the position of Senior Designer at Talbot Design Group. It was at these companies that she established her strong branding, print, pre-press, art direction and advertising background.

Ms. Conry has worked closely with such high-profile clients as Disney, Sony Music, Sony Pictures Digital, Epic Records, Elektra Records, Mercury Records, Maverick Records, Atlantic Records, Warner Music Group, Hard Rock Online, Capitol Records, Virgin Records, Music Video Producers Awards, Work Group Records and Paramount Digital Entertainment as well as top musical artists such as Michael Jackson, Erasure, Van Halen, Natalie Merchant, The 3 Tenors and Tori Amos.

Rhonda holds a B.A. in Graphic Design/Advertising at California State University at Northridge, an A.A. in Fine Art/Design at Santa Monica College, both with honors and has studied extensively at Otis. She also served a role on the Advisory Board for the Art Institute of Los Angeles and has been a member of AIGA since 1990.
