Rhonda Conry
Creative director, designer, and founder of Conry Design, Rhonda has over 25 years of experience building brands across print, digital, and emerging platforms.
Her career began in design studios, evolved into advertising, and moved into the early days of the interactive space as the internet took shape—where she held senior creative roles leading large creative and multifunctional production teams creating online and offline work for major entertainment brands including Sony Music, Warner Music, and NBC. She then helped build TMINUS10, an interactive agency serving Sony Music start-up companies from concept to launch and in 2001 launched her own agency, Conry Design.
She started her firm with a clear intention: to work directly and collaboratively with clients, focus on meaningful projects, and contribute to work that has real impact. That approach continues to define her practice today.
Over the years, Rhonda has partnered with a wide range of clients—from global entertainment companies like Paramount Pictures to healthcare organizations such as the International Myeloma Foundation and local arts and tourism nonprofits like Sawdust Art Festival and the Redondo Pier. She’s known for being hands-on, thoughtful, and fully engaged in the work—leading strategy through execution, end to end.
Her approach is simple: listen closely, build thoughtful omnichannel strategies, and create work that elevates brands and delivers real results.
